Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager to lead our Delivery Management team in Saudi Arabia. This pivotal role will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, and driving operational excellence across the organization. Key Responsibilities

The Senior Manager - Delivery Management will play a critical role in shaping the future of Qiddiya Investment Company by executing its vision with precision and efficiency. The core responsibilities include:

• Strategic Project Oversight: Develop and implement robust delivery frameworks to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Align all initiatives with the company’s long-term strategic goals and KPIs.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead and mentor a high-performing team of project managers, delivery specialists, and support staff. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement to drive operational excellence.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for senior leadership, external partners, and key stakeholders. Effectively communicate project progress, risks, and mitigation strategies to ensure transparency and alignment across all levels of the organization.
• Risk and Issue Management: Proactively identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate disruptions. Implement robust governance processes to monitor project health and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and enhance delivery methodologies, tools, and best practices to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall project outcomes. Champion innovation and digital transformation initiatives to stay ahead of industry trends.
• Performance Monitoring: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of delivery initiatives. Provide regular reports to leadership on project status, milestones achieved, and areas for improvement.

Qualifications and Experience

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant professional certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile) is highly desirable.
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in project and program management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Experience in the real estate, infrastructure, or investment sectors is a strong advantage.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello), and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Leadership & Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership abilities with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders at all levels. Fluency in English is required; Arabic language proficiency is a plus.
