Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing a wide range of personnel management functions to support Almarai’s workforce and operational excellence. Your core duties will include:

• Talent Acquisition & Management: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening candidates to negotiating job offers, ensuring the acquisition of top-tier talent that aligns with organizational needs.
• Employee Relations & Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction, engagement, and retention, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Performance Management: Design and oversee performance appraisal systems, provide coaching and feedback to managers, and support the identification of high-potential employees for career development opportunities.
• HR Policy & Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations, while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of local and international HR best practices.
• Compensation & Benefits Administration: Collaborate with finance and leadership teams to manage competitive compensation structures, benefits programs, and reward systems that attract and retain top talent.
• Workforce Planning & Development: Anticipate staffing needs, analyze workforce trends, and implement strategies to build a skilled, agile, and future-ready workforce in line with Almarai’s growth objectives.
• Training & Development: Partner with learning and development teams to identify skill gaps, design training programs, and support employee career progression through mentorship and upskilling initiatives.
• HR Analytics & Reporting: Utilize HR metrics and analytics to generate insights, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide data-driven recommendations to senior leadership for informed decision-making.

Qualifications & Experience

To excel in this role, you will bring a blend of strategic thinking, operational expertise, and a passion for people development. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree or professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, CIPD) is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role within a corporate or multinational environment.
• Proven track record in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and HR strategy development in a fast-paced, large-scale organization.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws, employment regulations, and cultural nuances in the workplace.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency in HR information systems (HRIS) and data analytics tools to drive HR operational efficiency and strategic decision-making.
