Senior CRM Consultant - Microsoft Dynamics 365

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior CRM Consultant specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 to join our dynamic team at CodeNinja in Jeddah. In this pivotal role, you will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of customer relationship management (CRM) solutions to drive business growth, enhance customer engagement, and streamline operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, coupled with a strong understanding of CRM best practices and business process transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Architecture & Design: Develop and implement robust CRM solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry standards.
• System Configuration & Customization: Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Field Service, to enhance functionality and user experience.
• Integration & Data Management: Lead the integration of Dynamics 365 with other enterprise systems, such as ERP, marketing automation tools, and third-party applications, to create a seamless data ecosystem.
• User Training & Support: Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to end-users, ensuring smooth adoption and maximizing the value of the CRM system.
• Project Leadership: Manage end-to-end CRM implementation projects, from scoping and planning to execution and post-go-live support, while adhering to timelines and budget constraints.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and executives, to gather requirements, address challenges, and deliver high-impact solutions.
• Continuous Improvement: Monitor system performance, identify opportunities for optimization, and recommend enhancements to drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills

To excel in this role, you must meet the following criteria:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (e.g., MB-210, MB-220, MB-230, MB-240) are highly desirable.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in CRM consulting, with at least 3 years focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations. Prior experience in industries such as retail, healthcare, or financial services is a plus.
• Technical Proficiency: Expertise in Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Field Service), Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), and integration tools (Azure Logic Apps, Data Factory).
• Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities, with a proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering projects on time and within scope.
• Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills to assess business processes, identify pain points, and propose data-driven solutions that enhance efficiency and customer experience.
