Key Responsibilities

As the Digital Enterprise Architecture Section Head, your responsibilities will span across multiple critical domains, ensuring seamless integration of technology and business strategy:

• Enterprise Architecture Strategy & Roadmap: Define and refine the enterprise architecture vision, principles, and roadmaps to ensure IT capabilities are perfectly aligned with our evolving business strategy. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving innovation, scalability, and long-term sustainability of our digital transformation efforts, positioning us as industry leaders in technology adoption.
• Architecture Standards & Governance Enablement: Establish and champion architecture standards, patterns, and reference models across technology, applications, integration, infrastructure, and data domains. Ensure that all projects and solutions adhere to enterprise architecture principles, providing oversight during design and delivery phases. Collaborate closely with governance teams to maintain compliance with architecture guidelines and foster a culture of best practices.
• Solution & Project Architecture Oversight: Serve as a trusted advisor to project teams, offering expert guidance during solution design to ensure coherence with enterprise-wide roadmaps and standards. Review and approve solution architectures to guarantee integration, security, and operational resilience. Act as the primary escalation point for architecture-related decisions and conflicts, ensuring alignment and consistency across all initiatives.
• Business & IT Architecture Alignment: Bridge the gap between business priorities and IT capabilities by translating strategic business goals into actionable technology roadmaps. Identify opportunities for digital enablement and innovation, fostering collaboration to ensure architectural outcomes deliver measurable business value. Your strategic insights will be crucial in driving our digital agenda forward.
• Reporting & Capability Development: Provide regular reports to the Digital Transformation Manager on architecture roadmap progress, alignment, and potential risks. Lead and develop the enterprise architecture team, enhancing their expertise across critical domains such as applications, data, infrastructure, and integration. Maintain comprehensive knowledge repositories by embedding lessons learned, best practices, and emerging technologies into our architecture processes.
• Policies, Processes, and Procedures: Support the monitoring of day-to-day activities to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures. Actively contribute to identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, considering leading practices, evolving business environments, cost reduction, and productivity enhancements.
• People Management: Engage in on-the-job training, mentoring, and coaching of subordinates to foster a high-performance culture. Provide clear direction, prioritize tasks, delegate responsibilities, and monitor workflows effectively. Qualifications & Requirements

We are seeking a seasoned professional with a proven track record in enterprise architecture and digital transformation. To excel in this role, you must meet the following criteria:

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in a related field, demonstrating a strong background in enterprise architecture, IT strategy, or digital transformation.
• A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or an equivalent field, providing a solid foundation for this strategic role.
• Preferred certifications including TOGAF, NORA, ITIL 4, cloud architecture, enterprise architecture modeling, cloud-based solutions, SOA/integration, and COBIT to ensure governance, compliance, and seamless architecture alignment across enterprise systems.
