About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Social Media & Account Manager to join our team at Next Future Tech in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities

Account Management

• Act as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts, fostering strong and collaborative relationships.
• Translate client objectives into clear, actionable content strategies that align with their business goals.
• Manage project timelines, set realistic expectations, and facilitate approvals to ensure seamless collaboration between clients and internal teams.
• Present deliverables, performance metrics, and strategic recommendations to clients with professionalism and confidence.
• Identify opportunities to expand accounts and strengthen client partnerships through innovative solutions.

Social Media & Content Strategy

• Develop native, platform-specific content ideas and concepts tailored to each brand’s identity and audience preferences.
• Craft engaging, on-brand copy and captions optimized for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, X, and LinkedIn.
• Oversee publishing calendars, schedule content, and manage day-to-day posting activities to maintain a consistent and impactful online presence.
• Collaborate with content creators to bring creative concepts to life, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Monitor and respond to audience interactions, including comments, direct messages, and lead-generation inquiries, to foster real-time engagement.
• Analyze performance metrics, compile reports, and adjust content strategies based on data insights to drive continuous improvement.
• Stay abreast of emerging platform trends, formats, and best practices, and swiftly adapt them into brand-relevant content strategies.

Qualifications & Skills

Essential Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management, account management, or a hybrid of both, with a preference for agency backgrounds.
• Proven track record of creating content that generates meaningful engagement and measurable growth.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English, with the ability to write natural, on-brand copy in both languages, including proficiency in the Saudi white dialect.
• Exceptional communication skills, enabling effective client management and professional presentations.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple accounts and deadlines with precision.
• Proficiency in scheduling tools and basic design platforms, such as Canva, to streamline content creation and distribution.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with brands in the food and beverage, tourism, or retail sectors.
• Familiarity with Meta and TikTok paid advertising campaigns and optimization techniques.
• Understanding of broader content strategy principles beyond mere posting, including audience segmentation and storytelling.
