Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Financial Leadership: Lead comprehensive financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to support long-term business objectives and ensure alignment with industry best practices.
• Financial Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze financial statements, management reports, and performance metrics to provide stakeholders with clear, data-driven insights for informed decision-making.
• Cash Flow and Treasury Management: Oversee cash flow optimization, treasury operations, and working capital management to enhance liquidity and financial stability.
• Compliance and Risk Mitigation: Ensure strict adherence to International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), tax regulations, and internal controls to mitigate risks and maintain regulatory compliance.
• Financial Closing Processes: Lead and coordinate month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and transparency in financial reporting.
• Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to translate financial data into strategic initiatives that drive business growth and operational efficiency.
• Team Development: Mentor and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of excellence, continuous learning, and professional growth.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline, complemented by a professional certification (CPA, CMA, ACCA, or CA) is highly preferred.
• Proven experience of 7 to 10+ years in progressive finance and accounting roles, with a strong track record of delivering measurable financial results.
• In-depth knowledge of IFRS, budgeting, financial analysis, and ERP systems, with a keen ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate insights effectively.
• Exceptional leadership, analytical, and communication skills, coupled with the ability to drive change and inspire teams toward shared goals.
• Industry-specific experience in manufacturing is highly advantageous, particularly within the plastic, metal, or related industrial sectors, where operational efficiency and financial acumen are critical.
