We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced L3 System Administrator to join our dynamic team in Riyadh. In this full-time, on-site role, you will take ownership of advanced system administration tasks, ensuring the reliability, security, and high performance of our clients’ critical infrastructure. This position is ideal for a seasoned professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leveraging deep technical expertise to resolve complex challenges and mentor junior teams.

Key Responsibilities

As the L3 System Administrator, your role will encompass a wide range of strategic and operational responsibilities, including but not limited to:

• Design, Deploy, and Optimize Enterprise-Grade Infrastructure: Lead the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows Server environments (2016–2022), ensuring seamless functionality across multi-site deployments. Manage and enhance Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) and VMware ESXi infrastructures, including virtualization, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
• Microsoft 365 and Hybrid Environment Expertise: Administer Microsoft Exchange (on-premises and M365), Microsoft Intune, and Active Directory (AD), including domain controllers, user permissions, and organizational units (OUs). Implement and enforce Group Policies to align with security and operational standards while utilizing tools like AD Manager and AD Audit for comprehensive governance.
• Cloud and Virtualization Leadership: Oversee Azure cloud resources, ensuring cost-efficiency, security, and scalability. Manage Hyperconverged Infrastructure (HCI) solutions such as Nutanix, VxRail, and Azure Stack, while administering Remote Desktop Services (RDS) and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) components like Horizon.
• Security and Compliance: Design, implement, and maintain Certificate Authority (CA) infrastructure, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Privileged Access Management (PAM) to fortify system security. Conduct vulnerability assessments and remediation for Windows servers, VMware, and Nutanix environments, ensuring compliance with industry best practices.
• Networking and Automation: Demonstrate a strong understanding of core networking concepts and actively participate in resolving cross-functional IT issues. Leverage PowerShell scripting and automation tools to streamline administrative tasks, enhance efficiency, and reduce operational overhead.
• Proactive Monitoring and Incident Management: Regularly analyze system logs, alerts, and performance metrics to preemptively address potential issues. Collaborate with network, security, and application teams to ensure high availability, disaster recovery readiness, and alignment with business objectives.
• Knowledge Sharing and Mentorship: Provide technical guidance to L1 and L2 support teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Document configurations, procedures, and best practices to ensure knowledge retention and operational excellence.
