Job Overview

Khayrat Al Bilad Company for Packaging is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Manager to oversee and optimize our production operations. This pivotal role requires strategic leadership to ensure efficient manufacturing processes, maintain high-quality standards, and drive continuous improvement within our packaging facility. Key Responsibilities

• Production Planning and Scheduling: Develop, implement, and monitor production schedules to meet customer demands while optimizing resource utilization and minimizing downtime. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality packaging solutions.
• Quality Assurance and Control: Establish and enforce rigorous quality control measures to maintain compliance with industry standards and customer specifications. Lead quality audits and implement corrective actions to address deviations.
• Team Leadership and Development: Supervise and mentor a cross-functional production team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning. Conduct performance evaluations and provide professional development opportunities.
• Process Optimization: Analyze production workflows to identify inefficiencies and implement lean manufacturing principles. Drive initiatives to reduce waste, enhance productivity, and improve overall operational efficiency.
• Health, Safety, and Compliance: Ensure adherence to all occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations. Promote a safe working environment and conduct regular safety training for staff.
• Budget Management: Collaborate with finance and procurement teams to manage production budgets, control costs, and maximize profitability without compromising quality or safety.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between production teams, senior management, and external stakeholders to align production goals with business objectives. Provide regular updates on performance metrics and strategic initiatives.
• Innovation and Technology Integration: Evaluate and implement advanced manufacturing technologies and automation solutions to enhance production capabilities and maintain a competitive edge in the packaging industry.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, PMP) are highly desirable.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in production management, preferably within the packaging or manufacturing sector.
• Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and delivering measurable improvements in productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in production management software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• In-depth knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, ISO standards, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
