IT Talent Acquisition / IT Recruiter (Arabic Speaker Only)

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist, also known as an IT Recruiter, to join our team in Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This role is dedicated to identifying, engaging, and securing top-tier IT talent to meet the evolving demands of our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong recruitment expertise, a deep understanding of the IT landscape, and fluency in Arabic to effectively bridge communication gaps and foster meaningful connections with both candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Talent Sourcing and Acquisition: Proactively identify and engage potential IT candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and direct outreach. Utilize advanced search techniques to target passive candidates and build a robust pipeline of qualified talent.
• Candidate Screening and Evaluation: Conduct comprehensive screening processes to assess candidates’ technical skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations. Collaborate closely with hiring managers to align recruitment strategies with organizational goals and ensure the selection of high-performing professionals.
• Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external candidates. Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing insights into market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability to support informed decision-making.
• Technical Proficiency: Demonstrate a solid understanding of IT roles, including software development, cybersecurity, cloud computing, data science, and IT infrastructure. Ability to interpret technical resumes, conduct meaningful interviews, and evaluate candidates’ qualifications against job requirements.
• Arabic Language Fluency: Leverage fluency in Arabic to engage with a diverse talent pool, including local and regional candidates. Ensure clear and effective communication throughout the recruitment process, from initial outreach to final negotiations.
• Compliance and Process Adherence: Ensure compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and ethical recruitment practices. Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and contribute to continuous improvement of hiring processes.

Qualifications and Experience

To excel in this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:

• Minimum of 1 to 4 years of experience in technical recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field within the IT industry.
• Proven track record of successfully placing IT professionals in roles such as software engineers, IT managers, cybersecurity specialists, and data analysts.
• Strong proficiency in recruitment tools and platforms, including applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing technologies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders alike.
• Fluency in Arabic (both written and verbal) and proficiency in English are essential for effective engagement with a diverse talent pool.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
