System Integration Lead

Key Responsibilities

The System Integration Lead will be responsible for leading and executing end-to-end DevOps practices, with a strong focus on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and modern deployment methodologies. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Cloud Infrastructure Management: Provision, configure, and maintain OCI services, including compute, networking, storage, Identity and Access Management (IAM), Domain Name System (DNS), and SSL/TLS certificates, ensuring high availability and security.
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and Configuration Management: Develop and maintain reusable IaC templates using Terraform, and implement robust configuration management through Ansible to streamline infrastructure provisioning and updates.
• CI/CD and GitOps Pipelines: Design, implement, and optimize continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using GitHub Actions or GitLab CI. Manage GitOps workflows with ArgoCD to ensure efficient, automated, and auditable deployments.
• Containerization and Orchestration: Containerize applications using Docker and deploy them on Kubernetes clusters. Utilize Helm for package management, configure ingress for routing, set up Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), manage persistent storage, and perform day-to-day cluster operations to maintain optimal performance.
• OutSystems Platform Support: Provide comprehensive support for the OutSystems application platform, including environment lifecycle management, load balancing, and audit logging to ensure seamless application delivery and compliance.
• Server Administration: Administer both Linux and Windows servers, performing system hardening, patching, troubleshooting, and performance optimization to maintain a secure and efficient infrastructure.
• Observability and Monitoring: Implement and manage platform observability using Prometheus, Grafana, and Alertmanager. Develop and maintain dashboards, define Service Level Objectives (SLOs), set up monitoring, and configure alert routing to proactively identify and resolve issues.
• System Integration and Interoperability: Facilitate reliable connectivity and interoperability across applications and infrastructure components, ensuring seamless data flow and operational consistency.
• Incident Response and Disaster Recovery: Participate in incident response and disaster recovery exercises, leading efforts to resolve issues promptly and restore services to minimize downtime and impact.
• Documentation and Knowledge Management: Maintain comprehensive technical runbooks, infrastructure documentation, and architecture diagrams to support operational continuity, troubleshooting, and knowledge transfer across the team.

Qualifications and Experience

To excel in this role, you must possess the following qualifications and experience:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure management, system integration, platform engineering, or a closely related technical discipline.
• Proven expertise in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), CI/CD pipelines, containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), and infrastructure automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, ArgoCD).
• Strong proficiency in Linux and Windows server administration, including system hardening, patching, and performance tuning.
• Hands-on experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and Alertmanager.
• Experience supporting OutSystems or similar low-code platforms is highly desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, a proactive approach to troubleshooting, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
