Key Responsibilities

Your role will encompass a broad spectrum of financial and administrative responsibilities, ensuring both compliance and operational excellence:

• Financial Leadership and Reporting: Lead the preparation and maintenance of all accounting documents, overseeing financial transactions, and managing critical areas such as Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and banking operations. Ensure accurate reconciliation of quarterly VAT returns, monthly excise returns, and regulatory submissions to ZATCA, the Ministry of Finance, and other relevant authorities.
• Strategic Financial Planning: Collaborate with the CEO and Group Finance to develop and execute long-term financial strategies, including annual budgeting, forecasting, and capital allocation. Drive process improvements to enhance reporting quality and provide insightful analytics that support business growth.
• Regulatory Compliance and Audits: Ensure full compliance with local and international financial regulations, including annual audits and intercompany reconciliations. Act as the primary liaison with headquarters for all finance-related matters, ensuring seamless communication and alignment.
• Operational Efficiency: Streamline workflows and internal controls to optimize financial processes, reduce discrepancies, and improve overall efficiency. Implement robust systems for managing collections, delinquent accounts, and corporate banking transactions, including KYC completions and payment negotiations.
• Administrative and HR Oversight: Oversee HR administrative tasks, including visa processing, contract management, and Saudization compliance. Manage payroll, expense reimbursements, and staff development initiatives, aligning with CEO directives to foster a high-performing team.
• Strategic Advisory: Assist the CEO in balancing the Profit & Loss statement, participating in financial modeling simulations, and offering strategic advice to drive profitability and resource allocation.

Qualifications and Skills

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Manager with a proven track record in corporate finance and accounting. Ideal candidates will possess:

• A professional qualification such as Chartered Accountant (CA), ACCA, or CPA, with a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a corporate finance or accounting role, with demonstrated expertise in financial modeling, analysis, and strategic planning.
• Proficient knowledge of Oracle NetSuite is a significant advantage.
• Strong proficiency in both spoken and written English and Arabic.
• Exceptional analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to thrive in high-pressure environments and adapt to evolving business needs.
• A commitment to maintaining high ethical standards and ensuring compliance with all financial regulations.
