This pivotal role demands a strategic thinker with deep Oracle expertise to bridge the gap between business vision and technological execution. The Oracle SCM Track Lead will serve as the internal champion, collaborating closely with stakeholders, vendors, and internal IT teams to drive a seamless ERP transition. Beyond implementation, you will champion post-go-live support, continuous optimization, and the strategic rollout of Oracle ERP solutions to new business units—positioning Albawani as a leader in digital transformation within the construction and infrastructure sector.

Key Responsibilities

As the Oracle SCM Track Lead, your impact will be multifaceted, spanning the entire ERP lifecycle:

• Strategic Implementation Leadership: Lead and oversee Oracle ERP implementation activities, ensuring alignment between business requirements and Oracle best practices. Act as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders, external vendors, and IT teams to drive cohesive project execution.
• Requirements & Solution Design: Actively participate in workshops and sessions to gather, validate, and refine business requirements. Collaborate with vendors to ensure functional designs, configurations, and testing deliverables meet organizational standards and Oracle’s industry benchmarks.
• Data Integrity & Migration: Oversee data migration activities with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring seamless transitions and maintaining data integrity across all ERP modules.
• Training & Change Management: Lead comprehensive user training programs in partnership with vendors, equipping end-users with the knowledge and skills to leverage Oracle ERP effectively. Develop and maintain documentation to support business processes and system updates.
• Project Governance & Risk Management: Track project progress, identify risks, and manage dependencies in alignment with the ERP Project Manager. Ensure timely resolution of CRPs (Change Requests/Packages) and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) issues to minimize disruptions.
• Post-Go-Live Excellence: Provide ongoing functional support to end-users across business units, managing system enhancements, configurations, and minor change requests. Collaborate with Oracle Support and vendors to resolve issues and implement patch management strategies.
• Scalable Rollout Strategy: Lead the deployment of Oracle ERP to new subsidiaries or business units, ensuring consistent adoption and scalability. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and user experience.

Qualifications & Experience

To excel in this role, you must bring a blend of technical expertise, strategic vision, and leadership:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 8–15 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion or Cloud ERP implementation and support, with a proven track record in construction or group company environments.
• Technical Proficiency: Deep functional knowledge of Oracle modules, particularly Supply Chain Management (SCM), Financials (FIN), Project Portfolio Management (PPM), or Human Capital Management (HCM).
• Stakeholder Management: Extensive experience coordinating between internal teams and external system integrators (SIs), ensuring seamless collaboration and issue resolution.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to navigate complex ERP landscapes and drive stakeholder alignment.
• Language: Proficiency in both Arabic and English is required.
