IAM Analyst- Saudi Nationals

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IAM Analyst to join our team, focusing exclusively on Saudi nationals. In this critical role, you will collaborate closely with clients to design, implement, and optimize Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions, ensuring robust security, compliance, and operational efficiency. Your expertise will be pivotal in transforming clients' identity and access management strategies into scalable, secure, and future-ready frameworks. Key Responsibilities

• Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Engage with clients to elicit, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for IAM solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and security policies.
• IAM Strategy and Architecture Development: Partner with clients to develop comprehensive Identity and Access Management strategies, including identity lifecycle management, access request workflows, and auditing frameworks. Design architectures and implementation plans that address current needs while accommodating future scalability.
• Process Assessment and Improvement: Conduct thorough assessments of clients' existing IAM processes, systems, and controls to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and compliance risks. Recommend and implement enhancements to optimize performance and security posture.
• Solution Configuration and Customization: Configure and customize IGA and Access Management platforms, such as SailPoint, Entra ID, ForgeRock, Okta, and Novell, to align with clients' unique business processes and security requirements. Develop access control policies, roles, and entitlements to enforce least-privilege access across systems and applications.
• Stakeholder Engagement and Communication: Act as a liaison between the IAM team and business stakeholders, translating technical concepts into actionable insights. Communicate the IAM program roadmap, updates, and progress to leadership and relevant teams, ensuring transparency and alignment.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with security, IT, and compliance teams to integrate IGA solutions seamlessly into clients' environments. Foster collaboration to ensure that IAM initiatives support broader organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
• Training and Support: Provide comprehensive training and guidance to clients' teams to facilitate smooth adoption and ongoing management of IGA solutions. Empower stakeholders with the knowledge and tools needed to maintain security and compliance independently.
• Vendor and Service Provider Management: Interact with vendors and service providers to address contractual agreements, support requests, and platform enhancements related to the IAM ecosystem.
• Reporting and Documentation: Prepare detailed updates, reports, and documentation for management, highlighting key metrics, risks, and recommendations to support data-driven decision-making.

Technical and Professional Requirements

• Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with leading IAM systems, including Microsoft AD, Azure AD, Intra ID, ADFS, MDM Intune, Office 365, SailPoint, Entra ID, ForgeRock, Okta, and Novell. Familiarity with directories such as LDAP and Active Directory is essential.
• IAM Concepts and Tools: Deep understanding of identity lifecycle management, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Single Sign-On (SSO), Privileged Access Management (PAM), IGA, and role-based access control (RBAC). Experience with role engineering and access certification processes is highly desirable.
• Certifications and Qualifications: Preferred certifications include SailPoint IdentityIQ Associate Certification, BeyondTrust PAM/EPM and PRA Remote, and OCJP/SCJP. These credentials demonstrate a commitment to professional excellence and technical expertise.
• Consulting and Soft Skills: Proven consulting experience with a track record of delivering IAM solutions in dynamic environments. Exceptional customer-facing skills, including strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal abilities, and the capacity to build trust with stakeholders at all levels.
• Team Collaboration and Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment, contributing to collaborative problem-solving and innovation. Demonstrated multitasking capabilities in fast-paced settings, with a focus on delivering high-quality results under pressure.
