Our team is responsible for the strategic planning, maintenance, and enhancement of our facilities, ensuring they meet the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and sustainability. Your Key Responsibilities

• Facility Maintenance & Optimization: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our facilities, including HVAC systems, electrical infrastructure, plumbing, and fire safety systems, to ensure optimal performance and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Project Management: Lead and execute facility-related projects, from planning and budgeting to implementation, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver results that align with business objectives.
• Sustainability Initiatives: Champion sustainability efforts by identifying and implementing energy-efficient solutions, waste reduction strategies, and other eco-friendly practices to minimize our environmental footprint.
• Vendor & Contractor Coordination: Manage relationships with external vendors and contractors, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of services while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure all facilities adhere to local, state, and federal regulations, including OSHA and environmental standards, while fostering a culture of safety across the organization.
• Emergency Preparedness: Develop and maintain emergency response plans, conduct drills, and ensure facilities are prepared to handle unforeseen events, minimizing disruptions to operations.
• Technology Integration: Evaluate and integrate advanced technologies, such as IoT sensors and building management systems, to enhance facility performance, reduce downtime, and improve decision-making.

What You Bring to the Table

• A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in facility management, maintenance, or a closely related field.
• Professional certifications such as Certified Facility Manager (CFM), Professional Engineer (PE), or LEED accreditation are highly desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement data-driven solutions.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with a proven track record of managing teams and stakeholders effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with facility management software, such as Archibus, Maximo, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with energy management systems and sustainability practices in a corporate setting.
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations governing facility operations and safety standards.
• Experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or large-scale commercial facility environment.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
