Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive QA/QC strategies aligned with company objectives, regulatory requirements, and industry standards to guarantee project excellence.
• Quality Oversight: Supervise and coordinate QA/QC activities across all project phases, from planning and execution to final delivery, ensuring strict compliance with technical specifications and contractual obligations.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with senior management, project teams, contractors, and clients to align quality expectations, resolve discrepancies, and drive collaborative problem-solving.
• Risk Management: Identify potential quality risks early, implement mitigation measures, and conduct thorough audits to prevent defects, delays, or non-compliance issues.
• Training & Development: Lead training programs for QA/QC personnel and project teams to enhance their knowledge of quality standards, documentation processes, and best practices.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain meticulous records of QA/QC activities, inspections, and test results, and prepare detailed reports for internal reviews and client presentations.
• Continuous Improvement: Champion initiatives to optimize quality processes, leverage technological advancements, and adopt innovative solutions to elevate project performance.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure full adherence to Saudi Arabian and international standards, including ISO, ASTM, and local government regulations, while promoting ethical and sustainable practices.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in QA/QC management within the construction industry, with a strong track record in large-scale projects.
• Proven expertise in implementing and auditing QA/QC systems in compliance with international standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001).
• Familiarity with Saudi Arabian construction regulations, including those of the Saudi Arabian Ministry of Housing and the Saudi Arabian Standards Organization (SASO).
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex quality challenges effectively.
• Proficiency in project management tools, quality management software, and documentation systems.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English is highly advantageous.
