• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets, while continuously monitoring progress and mitigating risks to minimize disruptions.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, procurement, construction, and operational teams to align project goals with business objectives and industry best practices.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations, safety protocols, and company policies, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Leverage advanced project management tools and methodologies to enhance efficiency, transparency, and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to senior management, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize project performance and drive organizational success.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to ensure smooth project execution and long-term business growth.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience of 5+ years in industrial project management, with a strong portfolio of successfully delivered projects.
• Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent is a significant advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficient in project management software such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar tools.
• A deep understanding of industrial project dynamics, including procurement, logistics, and risk management.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
