• Analyze quality metrics, root-cause investigations, and corrective action plans (CAPAs) to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, R&D, and logistics teams to streamline processes and enhance product consistency.
• Oversee training programs to upskill team members and foster a culture of quality awareness.
• Ensure adherence to HACCP, ISO, and other relevant certifications in manufacturing environments.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management, providing actionable insights.
• Identify opportunities for automation and technological advancements to optimize quality assurance processes.
