Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and assess driver performance through practical assessments, simulations, and feedback sessions to ensure adherence to safety protocols.
• Develop and update training materials, including manuals, videos, and interactive modules, to enhance learning outcomes and maintain industry best practices.
• Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to identify training needs, address skill gaps, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor and enforce adherence to company policies, local traffic laws, and international safety standards within the training environment.

Qualifications and Skills:

• A proven background as a Driving Instructor, with at least 3+ years of experience in commercial or industrial fleet training environments.

• Certification as a qualified driving instructor, preferably aligned with international standards such as those from the Driving Standards Agency (DSA) or equivalent regional bodies.
