Key Responsibilities

As an Infrastructure Engineer at JASARA PMC, your responsibilities will include:

• Strategic Planning and Design: Lead the planning, design, and execution of large-scale infrastructure projects, including transportation networks, utility systems, and public works, ensuring alignment with project objectives and stakeholder needs.
• Collaborative Leadership: Work closely with architects, civil engineers, urban planners, and other stakeholders to develop comprehensive project plans, specifications, and feasibility studies that drive innovation and efficiency.
• Technical Excellence: Conduct thorough site assessments, risk analyses, and environmental evaluations to inform critical project decisions, ensuring compliance with local, national, and international regulations.
• Advanced Modeling and Documentation: Utilize industry-leading software tools such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other specialized applications to create detailed models, technical drawings, and reports that serve as the foundation for successful project delivery.
• Quality and Compliance Assurance: Monitor project progress meticulously, enforcing adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements to mitigate risks and ensure seamless execution.

Qualifications and Requirements

We are seeking a candidate with the following qualifications and experience:

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, or a related discipline from an accredited institution.
• Experience: At least seven years of professional experience in infrastructure engineering, construction management, or a related field, demonstrating a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in engineering design software, including AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant tools, with a strong understanding of their applications in project development.
• Technical Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of engineering principles, construction methodologies, and industry standards, including structural, geotechnical, and environmental considerations.
• Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet stringent deadlines without compromising quality.
• Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: A sharp analytical mind with a proven ability to identify challenges, evaluate solutions, and implement innovative strategies to overcome obstacles.
