As an Accountant at Alyasra Foods, you will be at the forefront of financial management, bridging the gap between sales, operations, and finance to optimize revenue cycles and enhance business performance. Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will span critical areas of financial administration, including but not limited to:

• Accounts Receivable Management: Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of customer receipts by meticulously recording payments against outstanding invoices and maintaining up-to-date customer accounts. Reconcile account statements with diligence, addressing discrepancies and resolving disputes in collaboration with Sales and Customer Service teams. Generate and distribute periodic customer statements and balance confirmation letters, while collecting and processing cash collections from sales teams to ensure seamless cash flow management.
• Compliance and Documentation: Adhere strictly to company policies and internal controls governing receivables and cash handling. Maintain meticulous records and supporting documentation to ensure transparency and accountability in all financial transactions.
• Accounts Payable Processing: Verify, record, and process supplier invoices with precision, ensuring timely payments while maintaining strong vendor relationships. Handle employee expense claims and reimbursements with efficiency, aligning with company policies and financial controls.
• Financial Reporting and Month-End Closings: Assist in month-end reconciliations and reporting, providing accurate and timely financial insights to support strategic planning and operational decision-making.
• Collaborative Problem-Solving: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Customer Service, and Operations, to resolve payment issues, optimize receivables, and enhance overall financial efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience

To excel in this position, you must possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, reflecting a strong academic foundation in financial principles and practices.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting, with a proven track record in managing accounts receivable, accounts payable, and financial reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, modeling, and reporting capabilities.
• Familiarity with financial reporting software, such as Dynamics, is a significant advantage and will be highly valued in this role.
• A keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
