We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Roads Engineer to join our Riyadh office, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of transportation networks in one of the world’s most ambitious growth markets.

Your Impact

In this full-time role, you will be responsible for leading the design, planning, and execution of roads and highways that will define the infrastructure of tomorrow. Your expertise will be instrumental in delivering projects that are not only technically sound but also sustainable, innovative, and aligned with the evolving needs of the region. As a key member of our team, you will:

• Lead the design and development of roads and highways, ensuring compliance with international and local standards, including KSA-specific regulations and best practices.
• Conduct and oversee advanced engineering analyses, including geometric design, horizontal and vertical alignment, grading, pavement design, traffic flow optimization, and intersection/junction planning.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, and other engineering disciplines to integrate road systems seamlessly into broader infrastructure projects, ensuring cohesive and efficient design solutions.
• Coordinate with stakeholders—including government authorities, clients, and cross-functional teams—to align project requirements with technical feasibility and regulatory demands.
• Prepare and review detailed engineering documentation, reports, and technical deliverables, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and adherence to project specifications.
• Mentor junior engineers and team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within our organization.
• Leverage cutting-edge design software such as Civil 3D and Autodesk Vehicle Tracking to enhance project efficiency and innovation.

About You

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven professional with a passion for infrastructure development and a proven track record in roads and highway engineering. To excel in this role, you should have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, complemented by a minimum of 4 years of experience in infrastructure projects, with a specific focus on roads and highways.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience working in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, ensuring you are well-versed in local regulations, standards, and project dynamics.
• Deep expertise in road and highway design principles, including geometric design, traffic engineering, pavement analysis, and intersection planning.
• Proficiency in industry-leading software tools such as Civil 3D and Autodesk Vehicle Tracking, with an ability to leverage technology to drive project efficiency.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with excellent communication abilities to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Fluency in English is a must, while proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage in this regional role.
