Key Responsibilities:

• Market & Customer Insights: Conduct in-depth market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscapes, and emerging opportunities in cargo logistics. Work closely with sales and customer service teams to gather feedback and refine product offerings.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, IT, operations, and supply chain teams to translate strategic goals into actionable plans. Facilitate collaboration to ensure smooth integration of new cargo solutions and technologies.
• Performance Optimization: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to identify areas for improvement. Implement data-driven strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase cargo throughput.
