Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting and Compliance: Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports, ensuring full compliance with Saudi Arabian Financial Reporting Standards (SAFR) and other relevant regulations. Ensure timely and accurate submission of tax filings and regulatory reports.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with department heads to develop and monitor budgets, forecast financial performance, and identify cost-saving opportunities to enhance profitability. Present financial projections and variance analyses to senior management.
• Internal Controls and Risk Management: Implement and oversee internal controls to mitigate financial risks, safeguard company assets, and ensure operational integrity. Conduct regular audits and reviews to maintain financial transparency and accountability.
• Cost Accounting and Process Optimization: Analyze manufacturing costs, inventory valuation, and expense structures to improve financial efficiency. Recommend process improvements to streamline operations and reduce overhead costs.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, procurement, and sales, to align financial strategies with business objectives. Provide financial guidance to department managers and support strategic initiatives.
• Technology and System Management: Leverage accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or equivalent) to manage financial data, generate reports, and automate routine tasks. Stay updated on emerging financial technologies to enhance productivity.
• Strategic Advisory: Serve as a trusted financial advisor to executive leadership, offering data-driven recommendations to optimize financial health and support long-term business growth.

Qualifications and Skills:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in a senior or managerial role within a manufacturing or industrial sector.
• Proven expertise in financial reporting, general ledger management, and compliance with local and international accounting standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate insights clearly.
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, and financial modeling) and accounting software.
• Certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CIA are highly advantageous.
• Fluency in Arabic and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
