Key Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Thorough Cleaning and Maintenance: Perform deep cleaning of rooms, common areas, restrooms, and other assigned spaces using industry-standard protocols. This includes dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing surfaces, and ensuring all areas are spotless and well-maintained.
• Linen and Laundry Services: Change and replace bed linens, towels, and other textiles in a timely manner, ensuring they are fresh, neatly folded, and free of stains or damage. Handle laundry with care, adhering to guidelines for washing, drying, and ironing.
• Stocking and Supply Management: Monitor and replenish supplies such as toiletries, cleaning agents, and amenities. Ensure that stock levels are adequate to meet daily operational needs without waste.
• Attention to Detail: Inspect rooms and areas for any signs of wear, damage, or maintenance issues, reporting them promptly to the appropriate teams. Pay close attention to small details that contribute to an overall polished and inviting environment.
• Guest and Customer Service: Provide a welcoming and professional demeanor to guests, clients, or staff. Address any concerns or requests related to cleanliness or comfort with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
• Adherence to Health and Safety Protocols: Follow all hygiene and safety guidelines, including the proper use of cleaning chemicals, personal protective equipment (PPE), and waste disposal procedures.
