In this hands-on role, you will collaborate closely with project stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to ensure the flawless implementation, configuration, and handover of sophisticated IT environments. From wireless networks and VoIP systems to advanced security solutions and digital infrastructure, your work will directly enhance the connectivity and efficiency of organizations across the Kingdom.

Key Responsibilities

Your role will encompass a diverse range of technical and project management tasks, including:

• Network Infrastructure Implementation: Deploy and configure critical network components such as switches, wireless access points, VoIP systems, CCTV, and access control solutions to align with client requirements.
• Technical Configuration: Execute network configurations, including VLANs, IP addressing, routing, switching, and foundational firewall setups, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Project Planning & Coordination: Participate in site surveys, analyze project documentation, and review technical drawings and Bill of Quantities (BOQs) to align solutions with project objectives.
• Vendor & Team Collaboration: Oversee installation activities, coordinate with external vendors and contractors, and ensure seamless integration with internal project teams.
• Troubleshooting & Optimization: Diagnose and resolve network and infrastructure issues during project execution, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
• System Integration: Support the deployment of advanced systems such as CCTV, access control, IP telephony, Wi-Fi networks, meeting room solutions, AV systems, and digital signage, ensuring seamless functionality.
• Testing & Handover: Conduct thorough testing, commissioning, and snagging processes to validate system performance before project handover, delivering fully operational environments.
• Documentation & Compliance: Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including network diagrams, IP/VLAN plans, configuration files, and as-built records to ensure transparency and future reference.

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you should possess:

• Academic Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Communication Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• Technical Expertise: 0–2 years of experience in network or IT infrastructure projects, with a strong understanding of VLANs, switching, routing, TCP/IP, and subnetting. Familiarity with PoE, fiber optics, SFPs, and structured cabling is essential.
• Hands-On Skills: Practical experience with managed Layer 2 and Layer 3 switches, as well as basic knowledge of firewalls, NAT, and VPN technologies.
• Analytical Abilities: The ability to interpret network diagrams, technical drawings, and project documentation with precision.
• Communication & Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients, vendors, consultants, and internal teams, fostering a culture of clarity and teamwork.
• Eligibility: Eligibility to work in Saudi Arabia.

Preferred Qualifications: While not mandatory, the following will strengthen your candidacy:

• Experience with leading networking platforms such as Cisco, Aruba, Fortinet, Huawei, or HPE.
• CCNA certification or equivalent networking knowledge.
• Vendor certifications (e.g., Cisco, Aruba, Fortinet, or Huawei).
• Prior experience in ELV/ICT system integration.
