Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation and Management: Design, schedule, and publish high-quality content—including posts, stories, and multimedia—that resonates with our target audience and reinforces our brand narrative. Ensure alignment with Hjeen’s visual and tonal identity across all platforms.
• Strategic Campaign Development: Conduct in-depth market research to identify customer preferences, behaviors, and emerging trends. Leverage insights to develop innovative content ideas and marketing campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.
• Community Engagement and Support: Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, comments, and messages across social media platforms. Foster authentic interactions, address concerns professionally, and contribute to a positive brand experience.
• Performance Analytics and Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of social media initiatives. Prepare detailed, actionable reports to inform strategic decisions and optimize future campaigns.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Support inbound and outbound marketing efforts by identifying high-impact promotional channels and collaborating with internal teams to ensure cohesive messaging. Conduct on-site visits to assess product displays, promotional materials, and customer experience at branches, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Operational Excellence: Utilize task management tools and Odoo ERP to track progress, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines efficiently. Maintain meticulous organization and attention to detail to ensure seamless execution of all assigned responsibilities.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Diploma or higher in a relevant field, with a strong foundation in marketing, communications, or digital media.
• Experience: Proven experience of over one year in social media management, demonstrating a deep understanding of platform algorithms, content trends, and audience engagement strategies.
• Proficiency: Fluent written and spoken English, with a keen eye for clarity, tone, and brand consistency. Proficiency in Google Drive and other digital tools to streamline workflows and collaboration.
• Creativity and Autonomy: Highly creative thinker with the ability to innovate and take ownership of projects. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous learning.
• Analytical and Research Skills: Strong analytical mindset to interpret data, identify patterns, and derive actionable insights. Passion for research and development in the specialty coffee industry to stay ahead of market dynamics.
