We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Car Inspector to play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of vehicle quality and operational efficiency. As part of our dynamic Cars Operations team, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive vehicle inspections throughout the entire lifecycle of a transaction, from initial assessment to final handover. Key Responsibilities

Your role will encompass a range of critical tasks designed to uphold the integrity and reliability of our marketplace:

• Conduct Thorough Vehicle Inspections: Perform meticulous inspections of vehicles, assessing their body, exterior, interior, and overall condition to ensure they meet Soum’s stringent quality standards. Your expertise will be instrumental in identifying any damages, discrepancies, or potential issues that could impact the vehicle’s value or safety.
• Document with Precision: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all inspection findings, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the inspection process. Your documentation will serve as a critical reference point for both our operations team and customers.
• Coordinate Seamlessly: Collaborate closely with the Cars Operations team to streamline the vehicle journey, from initial assessment to final handover. Your ability to communicate effectively and coordinate efforts will be essential in maintaining smooth workflows and operational excellence.
• Support Operational Excellence: Go above and beyond to assist with additional operational tasks as needed, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of our re-commerce platform. Your adaptability and willingness to support the team will be highly valued.

What We’re Looking For

To excel in this role, you will bring a unique blend of automotive expertise and operational acumen:

• Proven Automotive Inspection Experience: A strong foundation in vehicle inspection, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to accurately assess the condition of cars, including bodywork, exteriors, interiors, and mechanical components.
• Technical Automotive Knowledge: Deep understanding of automotive systems, common issues, and industry best practices. Your expertise will ensure that every vehicle listed on our platform meets the highest standards of safety and reliability.
• Fluent Arabic Communication: Proficiency in both written and spoken Arabic is essential, as you will interact with a diverse range of stakeholders, including customers, team members, and partners, in a multilingual environment.
