Key Responsibilities

Your leadership will be instrumental in:

What We’re Looking For

To excel in this role, you will bring:

• A **Bachelor’s degree** in **Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline**, complemented by a **master’s degree or professional certification** (e.g., PMP, PMI-SP, or equivalent) is a strong asset.
• **15–20 years of hands-on experience** in **project controls**, with a proven track record in **large-scale infrastructure, construction, or engineering projects**—preferably in **Middle Eastern or high-complexity markets**.
• **Expertise in industry-leading software**, including **Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or Oracle Primavera**, with a deep understanding of **earned value management (EVM) and advanced scheduling techniques**.
• A **proven leadership record** in managing **cross-functional teams**, driving performance, and delivering projects within **tight deadlines and budgets**.
