• Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with developers, product managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure alignment between testing efforts and project goals. Translate technical and business requirements into effective testing strategies.
• Cross-Platform and Cross-Browser Testing: Validate software functionality across various browsers, platforms, and devices to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Quality Assurance and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of test results, defects, test coverage, and QA activities. Monitor testing progress and communicate quality risks, issues, and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Release Validation and Deployment Support: Participate in release validation activities and ensure software readiness for deployment. Support user acceptance testing and production validation when required.
