Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will span both operational excellence and exceptional guest service, ensuring that every aspect of our beverage offerings meets and exceeds expectations:

• Exceptional Guest Experience: Deliver impeccable service that aligns with Miraval’s brand promise, fostering lasting connections with guests through personalized attention and attentive care. Handle inquiries and complaints with professionalism, ensuring swift and satisfactory resolutions while maintaining positive relationships with both guests and colleagues.
• Operational Mastery: Ensure the bar operates efficiently and profitably by adhering to brand standards, managing inventory, and maintaining the highest levels of cleanliness and presentation. Stay proficient in our Micros Computer System and other operational tools to streamline service and enhance guest satisfaction.
• Menu and Beverage Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of our curated menu and wine list, offering knowledgeable recommendations and upselling opportunities to enhance guest experiences and drive revenue. Prepare and serve beverages with precision, ensuring consistency in quality and presentation.
• Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with colleagues across departments to foster a cohesive and supportive team environment. Participate in setting up and decorating the bar for special events, ensuring the space reflects the theme and ambiance of each occasion.
• Inventory and Financial Responsibility: Maintain accurate inventory records, monitor stock levels, and submit timely replenishment requests. Handle cash transactions with meticulous accuracy, verifying all receipts to ensure transparency and integrity.
• Continuous Improvement: Actively contribute to the evolution of our bar operations by implementing feedback from guest audits and suggesting innovative ideas to enhance service quality and guest engagement.
