Your Role: Lead, Inspire, and Drive Performance

As a First Line Manager in this dynamic environment, you will serve as the cornerstone of team success, guiding a multidisciplinary workforce of professionals, technical, and administrative staff. Your responsibilities will include:

• Team Leadership: Mentor, coach, and coordinate a high-performing team of 2+ members, fostering collaboration and accountability to achieve operational excellence.
• Strategic Sales & Engagement: Promote and sell Abbott’s pharmaceutical products across diverse channels—including physicians, pharmacies, and distributors—by building strong relationships and driving market penetration in your designated territory.
• Operational Focus: Ensure seamless workflows and productivity while contributing to the company’s broader goals without direct authority over hiring or budget decisions.

Qualifications & Requirements

To excel in this role, you must meet the following criteria:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
• Licensure: Valid Saudi Commission for Health Specialists (SCHS) certification.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in both English and Arabic for effective communication across all stakeholders.
• Experience: Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in the Saudi pharmaceutical market, with a track record of success in sales, team management, or clinical engagement.
• Nationality: Saudi Arabian citizenship (mandatory).
• Core Competencies: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, disciplined work ethic, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset. Strong leadership abilities are essential to inspire and guide teams toward shared goals.
