In this on-site position based in Saudi Arabia, you will:

• Develop and execute detailed production plans to ensure timely delivery of products while optimizing resource allocation, including labor, materials, and machinery.
• Lead demand forecasting and capacity planning initiatives to balance production needs with market demand, reducing lead times and operational bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with supply chain and procurement teams to source materials efficiently, negotiate contracts, and mitigate supply chain risks.
• Implement advanced planning tools and technologies to enhance visibility, data-driven decision-making, and real-time monitoring of production metrics.
• Drive continuous improvement by analyzing production performance, identifying inefficiencies, and proposing actionable solutions to enhance productivity and cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with Almarai’s quality, safety, and sustainability standards, aligning production activities with global best practices.
• Mentor junior planners and foster a culture of operational excellence, empowering teams to achieve their full potential.

Candidates for this role should possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in production planning, supply chain management, or a related field, with a proven track record in large-scale manufacturing environments. A strong background in ERP systems, MRP (Material Requirements Planning), or similar planning software is highly advantageous. Advanced degree or certification in supply chain management, industrial engineering, or a related discipline is a plus.
