• Maintain detailed records of training sessions, driver evaluations, and performance metrics for reporting and continuous improvement purposes.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience as a driving instructor, with a strong background in commercial or specialized vehicle training (preferably in logistics or agricultural sectors).
• In-depth knowledge of driving safety protocols, vehicle maintenance, and operational best practices relevant to poultry logistics.
• Excellent communication and instructional skills, with the ability to train and engage drivers of diverse backgrounds and experience levels.
• Familiarity with training software, LMS platforms, or e-learning tools to develop and deliver digital training modules.
