Key Responsibilities

Your role demands a blend of professionalism, agility, and a genuine desire to elevate the guest experience. Key responsibilities include:

• First Impressions & Guest Engagement: Greet guests with warmth and enthusiasm, ensuring their arrival and departure are seamless and memorable. Act as their trusted guide, anticipating needs and delivering tailored solutions.
• Operational Excellence: Handle a variety of operational tasks with precision, including processing requests, managing logistics, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service.
• Local Insights & Recommendations: Share your knowledge of Riyadh’s cultural, culinary, and recreational highlights to enrich guests’ stays and foster a sense of connection to the destination.
• Collaboration & Teamwork: Work closely with colleagues across departments to ensure smooth operations and a cohesive guest experience. Your proactive approach will help resolve challenges efficiently and maintain the hotel’s reputation for excellence.
• Physical & Practical Demands: This role requires mobility and stamina, as you will be on your feet for extended periods, moving, lifting, carrying, and assisting with objects weighing up to 50 pounds independently, and occasionally up to 75 pounds with support. Your ability to navigate a fast-paced environment with grace and efficiency is essential.
