Key Responsibilities:

In this dynamic role, your expertise will be critical in:

• Application Development and Configuration: Design, develop, and customize RSA Archer applications to align with evolving business needs, regulatory standards, and internal policies. Configure workflows, dashboards, reports, and control frameworks to enhance visibility and decision-making.
• Process Optimization: Support and refine governance, risk, compliance, and control processes by leveraging RSA Archer’s robust capabilities. Ensure that workflows are streamlined, assessments are accurate, and controls are effectively monitored.
• Technical Troubleshooting and Support: Diagnose and resolve complex issues related to RSA Archer platform integrations, application performance, and system configurations. Conduct root-cause analysis to prevent recurring issues and improve system reliability.
• Change and Deployment Management: Lead and support upgrades, configuration changes, testing, and deployments to ensure smooth transitions and minimal disruption. Adhere to ITIL-based incident, change, and release management processes to maintain operational stability.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a bridge between technical teams, business users, and external vendors. Facilitate knowledge transfer, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and ensure alignment between RSA Archer implementations and broader organizational goals.
• Documentation and Knowledge Management: Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and contribute to knowledge-sharing activities. Document best practices, troubleshooting guides, and configuration details to empower team members and ensure consistency.

Qualifications and Experience:

To excel in this role, you must possess a blend of technical expertise, domain knowledge, and strong interpersonal skills. We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Risk Management, or a related field. Advanced certifications in GRC, risk management, or RSA Archer are a significant advantage.
• Technical Proficiency: 3+ years of hands-on experience with RSA Archer, including deep expertise in configuration, customization, and platform support. Proven ability to design and implement workflows, dashboards, and reports tailored to GRC requirements.
• Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of governance, risk, compliance, and control frameworks. Familiarity with industry standards, regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO 31000, NIST, COBIT), and best practices in risk assessment and management.
• Integration and Troubleshooting: Experience with system integrations, API development, and troubleshooting RSA Archer-related issues. Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical challenges with minimal supervision.
• Process Adherence: Proficiency in ITIL-based incident, change, and release management processes. Experience supporting upgrades, testing, and deployments in a regulated environment.
• Communication and Collaboration: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic. Ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly insights and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Flexibility and Adaptability: Willingness to work onsite in Riyadh or offshore, depending on project requirements. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment and adapt to evolving business needs.
