Key Responsibilities:

• Brand Development & Positioning: Assist in defining and refining Alraee Group’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
• Campaign Strategy & Execution: Lead the creation, planning, and implementation of marketing campaigns—both digital and traditional—to maximize brand engagement and conversion.
• Market Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, consumer insights, and competitive opportunities, informing data-driven marketing strategies.
• Digital Marketing Leadership: Oversee social media management, content creation, SEO/SEM strategies, and paid advertising campaigns to amplify brand reach and performance.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and communications teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and ensure seamless campaign execution.
• Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and provide actionable insights to optimize future strategies and ROI.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Proven experience in marketing, brand management, or a similar role (2+ years preferred).
• Strong expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content strategy.
• Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Fluency in English and Arabic (a significant advantage).
