• End-to-End Infrastructure Management: Oversee and enhance our technology and automation infrastructure, including networks, servers, telecom systems, virtualization platforms, and end-user systems. Ensure seamless integration of business applications, cloud/SaaS solutions, and industrial technologies to support our global operations.
• Operational Technology Leadership: Lead the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of OT systems such as SCADA, PLC integrations, IoT platforms, dashboards, CCTV/VMS, and access control systems. • Strategic Project Execution: Drive infrastructure projects from conceptualization to execution, including technical evaluations, implementation, testing, and handover. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop compelling business cases and investment strategies that deliver measurable value.
• Vendor and Partner Coordination: Act as the technical liaison with vendors and technology partners, ensuring alignment on project timelines, performance metrics, risk mitigation, and follow-up actions to maintain high standards of service and innovation.

Who You Are

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional with a proven track record in IT and OT infrastructure. Your expertise will be the cornerstone of our technological advancements, and we are looking for candidates who:

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
• Bring at least 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure, with a strong preference for candidates with hands-on experience in industrial or multi-site environments.
• Possess deep technical knowledge of networks, servers, telecom systems, cloud/SaaS platforms, and business applications, complemented by exposure to industrial technologies such as SCADA, automation, PLC, and IoT.
• Have a proven ability to manage infrastructure projects, troubleshoot technical challenges, and coordinate with vendors and external partners.
• Excel in advanced English communication, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders and teams.
• Are based in Jeddah or open to relocating to this vibrant city, known for its strategic location and thriving business environment.
• Hold relevant certifications in IT, networking, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, automation, or project management as a significant advantage.
