Key Responsibilities

In this strategic position, your responsibilities will include:

• Define and Govern Enterprise Architecture: Lead the development and maintenance of the smart park’s target-state enterprise and solution architecture, encompassing digital platforms, super apps, integration layers, data ecosystems, and command-and-control systems. Ensure alignment with business objectives, operational resilience, and scalability within a government-led framework.
• Translate Requirements into Architectural Solutions: Convert complex business, operational, and visitor experience needs into well-structured architectural designs and reference models that drive innovation and efficiency.
• Establish Integration and Interoperability Standards: Specify and enforce integration frameworks, including API design, middleware patterns, identity and access management (IAM), and robust data governance models to ensure seamless system interoperability.
• Optimize User Journeys: Design end-to-end user experiences across applications and platforms, prioritizing security, performance, and resilience while maintaining high standards of usability and accessibility.
• Develop Strategic Roadmaps: Create and align application and platform roadmaps that bridge short-term deployments with long-term technological evolution, ensuring lifecycle management and continuous capability enhancement.
• Validate and Review Technical Solutions: Assess and validate solution designs, technical architectures, and vendor proposals against established architectural principles, ensuring compliance with industry standards and organizational requirements.
• Embed Critical Requirements: Integrate cybersecurity, privacy, regulatory compliance, and resilience considerations into every architectural decision, mitigating risks proactively.

• Proven Expertise in Enterprise Architecture: Minimum 10 years of experience in enterprise or solution architecture within large-scale city, government, or corporate environments, with a focus on digital transformation and integrated systems.
• Digital Platform and Data Ecosystem Design: Extensive experience designing and governing architectures for digital platforms, data ecosystems, and complex application landscapes, ensuring scalability and interoperability.
• Integration and API Mastery: Deep understanding of integration architectures, APIs, middleware, identity management, and data governance frameworks to facilitate seamless system interactions.
• Government and Public Sector Acumen: Hands-on experience working within government-led or public-sector programs, where governance, compliance, and regulatory requirements are paramount.

Academic Background
