Key Responsibilities:

In this dynamic role, your responsibilities will include:

• Technical Deployment & Commissioning: Lead the installation, configuration, and commissioning of Huawei XPD, Microwave (MW), and Wireless (WL) systems, ensuring adherence to industry best practices and Huawei’s technical standards.
• Network Optimization: Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across 4G and 5G networks, leveraging deep knowledge of Huawei’s proprietary solutions to enhance network performance and coverage.
• Site Management & Coordination: Oversee site activities, manage subcontractors, and coordinate with field teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in full compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Documentation & Reporting: Prepare detailed site reports, including progress updates, technical findings, and compliance documentation, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
• Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Compliance: Uphold the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental practices on-site, fostering a culture of responsibility and risk mitigation.

Qualifications & Experience:

To excel in this role, you must meet the following criteria:

• Proven Expertise: A minimum of **3+ years of hands-on experience** in Huawei Mobile Network (MN), Microwave (WL), and Wireless (WL) projects, with a strong focus on deployment, integration, and troubleshooting.
• Technical Proficiency: Deep technical knowledge of **4G and 5G network architectures**, including Huawei’s XPD, MW/WL systems, and related infrastructure. Familiarity with Huawei’s OSS/BSS platforms is a significant advantage.
• Project Leadership: Experience managing site activities, coordinating with vendors, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.
• Compliance & Reporting: Ability to prepare accurate site reports, ensure adherence to **HSE standards**, and maintain compliance with local regulations and Huawei’s operational policies.
