Key Responsibilities:

In this dynamic role, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Financial Oversight: Monitor and analyze cost structures to identify savings opportunities and enhance profitability. Develop and maintain accurate financial reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, track stock movements, and implement systems to minimize waste and maximize efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align inventory strategies with business objectives.
• Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in cost and inventory workflows, propose data-driven solutions, and implement best practices to streamline operations. Utilize analytical tools to forecast demand and optimize resource allocation.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of budgets, variance analysis, and financial forecasting to support strategic decision-making. Provide insights to leadership on cost trends and inventory performance.
• Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to financial regulations and internal controls. Generate timely and accurate financial statements, inventory reports, and other key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with finance, operations, and procurement teams to align financial goals with business priorities. Act as a trusted advisor to management on cost-related matters.

Qualifications & Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CIA, or MBA) is a significant advantage.
• Proven experience (minimum 3–5 years) in cost accounting, inventory control, or financial analysis within a corporate or industrial setting.
• Strong proficiency in financial software, including ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), Excel (advanced level), and accounting tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy in financial and inventory records.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is highly preferred, given the local market context.
• Experience working in a Saudi Arabian business environment is a plus, though not mandatory for motivated candidates.
