In this dynamic role, you’ll serve as the bridge between Marriott’s world-class hospitality and our valued guests, ensuring seamless interactions that foster loyalty and drive repeat business. Your responsibilities will span a diverse range of high-impact tasks, from managing reservations and guest inquiries to implementing upselling strategies that enhance the overall guest journey. By leveraging your sales acumen, you’ll identify opportunities to reward loyal patrons with complimentary offerings—such as Marriott Rewards points, exclusive gift certificates, or premium experiences—while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Guest Engagement: Utilize proven sales techniques to maximize revenue while cultivating long-term guest loyalty. Proactively identify upselling opportunities to enhance the guest experience, ensuring every interaction leaves a lasting positive impression.
• Reservation & Rewards Management: Process all reservation requests, modifications, and cancellations with precision, whether received via phone, email, or traditional channels. Expertly handle the redemption of Marriott Rewards points and ensure seamless integration of guest loyalty programs into the reservation process.
• Guest Relations & Problem Resolution: Serve as the primary point of contact for guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests, resolving issues with diplomacy and efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Sales, Data Administration, and Accounting—to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
• Brand Advocacy & Internal Promotion: Champion Marriott’s brand image both internally and externally, aligning all communications with our commitment to excellence. Act as an ambassador for our values, ensuring every interaction reflects our dedication to hospitality and innovation.
• Administrative Support: Contribute to the operational success of the Sales & Marketing team by managing routine administrative tasks, such as filing, email correspondence, and document preparation. Maintain a high standard of professionalism in all written and verbal communications.
• Team Collaboration & Development: Support management in fostering a positive and productive work environment by mentoring colleagues and setting an example of professionalism. Monitor team performance to ensure adherence to quality standards and company policies.
• Operational Excellence: Adhere to all company protocols, including maintaining confidentiality, protecting proprietary information, and upholding a polished appearance. Deliver exceptional service with clarity, professionalism, and genuine appreciation for every guest interaction.
