As a key player in the Sales & Marketing team, you will leverage your expertise to maximize revenue streams through upselling, complimentary offers, and tailored guest experiences. Your responsibilities will span across multiple high-impact areas, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional guest satisfaction. From processing reservations, managing Marriott Rewards, and handling inquiries with precision to promoting the brand’s premium image both internally and externally, your role is instrumental in shaping the guest journey.

Your day-to-day will be a blend of strategic sales execution and operational excellence. You will:

• Engage guests with finesse, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and delivering solutions that exceed expectations—whether through phone, email, or in-person interactions.
• Optimize revenue potential by identifying upselling opportunities and offering strategic complimentaries, such as rewards points, gift certificates, or exclusive event access, to enhance guest loyalty.
• Process reservations and Marriott Rewards seamlessly, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in handling bookings, changes, and cancellations across all channels.
• Represent the brand with integrity, maintaining confidentiality, adhering to company policies, and embodying the W Hotel’s signature culture of innovation and luxury.
• Support operational workflows, from general office duties like filing and communication to collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
