Mechanical Engineer – Lead HVAC & CRM Healthcare Integration Specialist

As a key contributor, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of HVAC systems—from conceptual design and performance optimization to maintenance and troubleshooting—while ensuring alignment with Saudi building codes, industry best practices, and client-specific requirements. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in CRM Healthcare system integrations, ensuring customization, scalability, and long-term reliability for mission-critical healthcare environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• HVAC System Leadership: Lead the design, analysis, and optimization of advanced HVAC systems for commercial and healthcare facilities, leveraging cutting-edge engineering principles to maximize performance, energy efficiency, and occupant comfort.
• CRM Healthcare Integration: Manage the end-to-end implementation, customization, and ongoing technical support of CRM Healthcare platforms, ensuring seamless integration with mechanical systems and adherence to healthcare-specific operational standards.
• Technical Excellence & Compliance: Conduct thorough site surveys, performance testing, and preventative maintenance planning to mitigate risks, ensure regulatory compliance (including Saudi ASHRAE standards), and align with client specifications.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with architects, electrical engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to deliver cohesive project solutions, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
• Documentation & Reporting: Prepare detailed technical reports, cost estimates, and project documentation to support decision-making, regulatory submissions, and stakeholder communications.
• Knowledge Transfer & Training: Mentor junior engineers and field technicians, providing technical guidance and training to uphold high standards of engineering practice and system reliability.
• Problem-Solving & Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex HVAC and system integration issues with urgency and precision, implementing corrective actions to minimize downtime and ensure operational continuity.

Required Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, with a strong foundation in thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and HVAC principles.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in mechanical engineering, with a specialized focus on HVAC system design, implementation, and maintenance.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in CRM Healthcare platform integrations, demonstrating expertise in system customization, support, and alignment with healthcare operational workflows.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, meet tight deadlines, and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to optimizing system performance and resolving technical challenges.
• Fluent verbal and written communication in English, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• A Professional Engineer (PE) license or registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers, validating advanced technical expertise.
• Proficient use of Revit MEP, AutoCAD, and BIM workflows to enhance design accuracy, collaboration, and project delivery.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, or equivalent experience, to lead projects with strategic foresight and operational efficiency.
• Deep familiarity with Saudi ASHRAE standards and local regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance and best-practice adherence.
• Working proficiency in Arabic, facilitating effective communication and project execution in a multicultural environment.
• Experience in energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives, contributing to environmentally responsible and cost-effective engineering solutions.
