We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Implementation Lead – Supply Chain to spearhead our Oracle ERP implementation journey. This pivotal role will position you as the strategic bridge between business stakeholders, external vendors, and internal IT teams, ensuring seamless adoption of cutting-edge ERP solutions that drive operational excellence and scalability across our global operations.

Your Impact

As the Oracle SCM Track Lead within our ERP/IT department, you will play a transformative role in steering the full lifecycle of Oracle ERP implementations. Your leadership will be instrumental in aligning business needs with Oracle best practices, ensuring smooth transitions, and fostering long-term system success. Beyond go-live, you will champion continuous improvement, provide end-to-end support, and expand Oracle ERP adoption across our subsidiaries, solidifying Albawani’s position as a technology-driven leader in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership in ERP Implementation: Lead and coordinate day-to-day Oracle ERP implementation activities, collaborating closely with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives and Oracle’s industry-leading standards.
• Requirements & Solution Design: Actively participate in requirements gathering, design validation, and solution workshops to capture and refine business needs, ensuring they are seamlessly integrated with Oracle’s robust framework.
• Vendor & Team Coordination: Review functional designs, configurations, and testing deliverables from the vendor, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and performance. Manage Change Request Packages (CRPs) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with precision, resolving issues proactively to minimize disruptions.
• Data Integrity & Migration: Oversee data migration activities with meticulous attention to detail, guaranteeing data integrity and consistency across all Oracle modules.
• Training & Change Management: Lead comprehensive user training programs in collaboration with the vendor, equipping end-users with the knowledge and skills to maximize system utilization. Develop and maintain documentation to support business processes and system updates.
• Project Governance: Track project progress, risks, and dependencies in tandem with the ERP Project Manager, leveraging data-driven insights to mitigate challenges and optimize timelines.
• Post-Go-Live Excellence: Provide ongoing functional support to end-users across all business units, managing system enhancements, configurations, and minor change requests. Collaborate with Oracle Support and vendors to resolve issues efficiently and implement patch management strategies.
• Scaling ERP Adoption: Lead the rollout and deployment of Oracle ERP to new subsidiaries or business units, ensuring consistent adoption and scalability. Conduct targeted training sessions and prepare documentation tailored to diverse operational environments.

Qualifications & Experience

To excel in this role, you must possess:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 8–15 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion or Cloud ERP implementation and support, with a proven track record of success.
• Extensive experience in managing Oracle ERP projects within construction or group company environments, demonstrating the ability to navigate complex, multi-subsidiary deployments.
• Deep functional knowledge of Oracle modules such as Financials (FIN), Supply Chain Management (SCM), Project Portfolio Management (PPM), or Human Capital Management (HCM).
• Proven ability to coordinate between internal teams and external system integrators, fostering collaborative relationships to drive project success.
• Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate technical complexities into actionable strategies.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English, enabling seamless interaction with stakeholders across diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds.
