Your Impact

As the Financial Reporting Officer, you will be instrumental in shaping the financial narrative of Albawani Group. Your responsibilities will span the preparation of comprehensive financial reports, adherence to global accounting standards, and collaboration with stakeholders to drive transparency and accountability. Key Responsibilities

• Lead Financial Reporting: Prepare meticulously detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring they reflect the true financial health of Albawani Group while aligning with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
• Financial Statement Preparation: Assist in compiling financial statements and supporting schedules, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Compliance and Policy Enforcement: Uphold strict adherence to IFRS, company policies, and Saudi regulatory frameworks, while supporting the implementation of robust accounting procedures.
• Data Analysis and Insights: Conduct in-depth analysis of financial data to identify variances, trends, and opportunities, providing actionable intelligence for management.
• Audit Collaboration: Act as a key liaison with internal and external auditors, preparing audit schedules, documentation, and responses to ensure seamless engagement and compliance.
• Database Management: Maintain and optimize financial reporting databases and records, ensuring data integrity and accessibility for stakeholders.
• Management Reporting: Contribute to the development of management reports and performance summaries, enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Qualifications and Experience

To excel in this role, you will bring:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline, complemented by 2–5 years of hands-on experience in financial reporting, accounting, or finance.
• Proven expertise in preparing financial statements and management reports, with a deep understanding of IFRS and Saudi financial regulations.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data, identify variances, and provide strategic recommendations.
• Experience with general ledger management and account reconciliation, ensuring financial accuracy and compliance.
• A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to work under tight deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with auditors, leadership, and cross-functional teams.
