Key Responsibilities

In this strategic role, your responsibilities will span across multiple critical areas:

• Financial Consultation & Customer Engagement: Deliver expert financial guidance to customers by evaluating their unique financing needs and presenting tailored solutions for equipment and truck purchases. Clearly articulate financing terms, repayment structures, interest rates, and associated fees to ensure transparency and trust. Provide end-to-end support throughout the financing process, fostering a seamless and positive customer experience.
• Financing & Loan Origination: Oversee the entire financing application lifecycle, from initial submission to final approval and disbursement. Gather, review, and verify all necessary customer and financial documentation with meticulous attention to detail. Act as the primary liaison with banks, leasing companies, and financial institutions to secure competitive financing terms. Proactively follow up on pending applications, approvals, and documentation to ensure timely transaction completion and minimize delays.
• Sales Support & Business Development: Collaborate closely with the Sales Team to identify and capitalize on financing opportunities, aiming to maximize financing penetration rates. Equip sales teams with comprehensive knowledge of available financing products and F&I processes, ensuring they can effectively communicate value propositions to customers. Participate actively in customer meetings and sales negotiations to provide financing support, while cultivating strong relationships with financial institutions to expand our financing offerings.
• Compliance & Documentation Management: Ensure strict adherence to all company policies, legal regulations, and financial requirements governing financing activities. Maintain meticulous and accurate records of all financing transactions and customer documentation. Verify proper authorization and documentation before finalizing any financing agreement, while upholding the highest standards of confidentiality and data security.
• Exceptional Customer Service: Provide professional, responsive, and proactive support to customers throughout their financing and purchasing journey. Address inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Foster long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals, thereby driving sustainable growth.
• Revenue & Profitability Optimization: Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance F&I revenue and profitability. Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell complementary products such as insurance, warranties, service packages, and other value-added offerings. Continuously monitor financing performance to identify trends, improve conversion rates, and enhance overall profitability.
• Market Research & Strategic Reporting: Stay abreast of market trends, financing rates, competitor offerings, and industry developments within the equipment and truck financing sector. Maintain a deep understanding of evolving customer financing needs and market conditions. Prepare detailed and insightful reports on key performance indicators, including financing applications, approval rates, conversion metrics, and revenue trends. Provide actionable recommendations to management regarding financing products and commercial strategies to drive informed decision-making.

Qualifications & Requirements

To excel in this role, you will bring:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, complemented by 3–5 years of relevant experience in F&I, automotive financing, commercial vehicle financing, heavy equipment financing, banking, leasing, or a comparable domain.
• Proven expertise in equipment, truck, construction machinery, or commercial vehicle financing, with a strong track record of successfully managing financing transactions from inception to completion.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with the ability to interpret complex financial data and regulatory requirements.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to build rapport with customers, sales teams, and financial partners alike.
• A customer-centric mindset, with a commitment to delivering personalized and transparent financial solutions.
• Familiarity with industry-specific software, CRM tools, and financial analysis platforms is a significant advantage.
