Key Responsibilities

As our Accountant, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Daily Financial Operations: Manage and process all accounting transactions and entries with precision, ensuring timely and accurate record-keeping.
• Accounts Payable & Receivable: Oversee vendor payments and customer invoicing, maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders while ensuring seamless cash flow management.
• Bank Reconciliations: Reconcile bank statements with internal records to identify discrepancies and ensure financial accuracy.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare comprehensive monthly financial reports and reconciliations, providing clear insights into the company’s financial performance.
• Budgeting & Cash Flow Monitoring: Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and cash flow analysis to support strategic financial planning.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to Saudi accounting standards, VAT regulations, and ZATCA requirements, maintaining all necessary financial documentation and records.
• Collaboration & Audits: Work closely with auditors and external parties to facilitate smooth audit processes and regulatory compliance.
• Strategic Advisory: Provide management with timely financial insights and reports to aid in informed decision-making.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you must meet the following qualifications:

• Nationality: Saudi National.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and best practices in financial management.
• Attention to Detail: Exceptional analytical skills and a high level of accuracy to ensure error-free financial processes.
• Communication: Proficiency in both written and spoken English to facilitate effective collaboration with internal and external teams.
• Technical Proficiency: Experience with accounting or ERP systems is highly advantageous, though not mandatory.
