Key Responsibilities:

Your role will encompass a broad spectrum of responsibilities, including:

• Program Leadership: Lead end-to-end program management for electrical and mechanical infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with Microsoft’s strategic objectives and timelines. Develop and execute detailed project plans, resource allocations, and risk mitigation strategies to deliver high-impact solutions.
• Technical Oversight: Provide expert guidance on the design, implementation, and maintenance of electrical and mechanical systems, including power distribution, HVAC, and critical cooling solutions. Leverage your deep technical knowledge to troubleshoot issues, optimize system performance, and enhance operational resilience.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with internal teams—such as engineering, procurement, and construction—to align on technical specifications, budgetary constraints, and project milestones. Act as a bridge between technical and business stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and decision-making.
• Compliance and Sustainability: Ensure all projects adhere to global safety, environmental, and regulatory standards. Drive initiatives to enhance energy efficiency, reduce carbon footprint, and incorporate sustainable practices into infrastructure design and operations.
• Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to propose innovative solutions that enhance system reliability, scalability, and cost-effectiveness. Implement best practices and process improvements to elevate operational excellence.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience (8+ years) in program management for electrical and mechanical infrastructure projects, preferably within data centers, industrial, or mission-critical environments.
• Strong technical acumen in power systems, HVAC, cooling technologies, and system integration.
• Expertise in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, or similar).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
• Familiarity with industry standards (e.g., ISO, ASHRAE, NEC) and regulatory frameworks is highly advantageous.
• Experience in Middle Eastern markets or multinational environments is a significant asset.
