Whether coordinating the preparation of fresh linens, maintaining spotless dining ware, operating advanced cleaning equipment, or transporting supplies with precision, your role is essential in creating seamless, memorable experiences for our discerning guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Excellence: Maintain and uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene across all hotel departments, including kitchens, food and beverage areas, and guest rooms. Operate and maintain specialized equipment such as dishwashing machines, linen washers, dryers, and handwash stations with meticulous attention to detail.
• Guest-Centric Service: Ensure that every dining and living space is presented in a flawless condition, enhancing the overall guest experience. Transport linens, dishware, and other supplies efficiently and safely across the hotel premises.
• Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly across multiple departments to support operational needs, fostering strong relationships with colleagues and supervisors. Contribute to a collaborative environment where teamwork drives success and innovation.
• Safety and Compliance: Adhere strictly to company policies, safety protocols, and quality standards. Report any accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions immediately to management to ensure a secure workplace for all associates.
• Physical Demands: Perform a variety of physical tasks, including lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling objects weighing up to 50 pounds. Be prepared for prolonged periods of standing, walking, bending, and reaching to meet the demands of the role.
• Professionalism: Maintain a polished appearance and professional demeanor at all times, embodying the brand’s commitment to elegance and excellence in every interaction.
