As the Project Manager, you will play a critical role in driving cross-functional collaboration, managing stakeholder expectations, and delivering projects on time, within scope, and to budget. Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, ensuring alignment with Emerson’s business objectives and industry best practices. Utilize agile methodologies and robust project management frameworks to deliver measurable results.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary liaison between project teams, senior leadership, and external partners. Facilitate transparent communication, manage expectations, and foster collaborative relationships to drive project success.
• Resource & Budget Management: Allocate resources efficiently, monitor project budgets, and implement cost-control measures to optimize performance without compromising quality or timelines.
• Risk & Issue Resolution: Identify potential risks early, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues proactively to minimize disruptions and ensure project continuity.
• Performance Tracking & Reporting: Utilize project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, or similar) to track progress, generate insightful reports, and provide data-driven recommendations to stakeholders.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and guide project teams, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement. Encourage cross-functional collaboration to enhance project outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills:

• A bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Proven experience (5+ years) in project management within industrial, engineering, or technology sectors, with a strong portfolio of successfully delivered projects.
• Certification in PMP (Project Management Professional), PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum methodologies is a significant advantage.
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in high-pressure environments.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities to influence stakeholders at all levels and drive alignment across diverse teams.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira) and familiarity with ERP systems.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is required, with proficiency in additional languages being a plus.
